Rich's expertise includes:

• Identifying appropriate soil sampling and testing methods to determine if contaminants are present, and at what concentration levels.
   
• Interpretation of laboratory analytical data for the purpose of determining soil "Waste Classification" from a regulatory compliance standpoint.
   
• Identifying the most cost effective options, along with per-ton costs for transportation and disposal of Contaminated Soil, on a case-by-case basis.
   
• Implementing and coordinating soil removal projects from start to finish, including handling of all applicable document submissions, facility approvals and dump truck manifesting.
